One of the most awaited feature is finally here, and that is searching workspaces ๐ŸŽ‰. You can search the whole workspace, or specifically for recordings and events. For Customer Support workspaces you can also search for users.

The following fields are full-text indexed:

  • title, and description of recordings
  • label, and page URL for all events
  • the user input only in the case of having selected to capture these events
  • id, first name, last name, nickname, address, phone, and company (in case any of these are provided) of your users
Search examples
  1. Get all Javascript errors that occurred in the last two days. Further, if you type not defined in the search term, you will get all JavaScript errors related to undefined variables. See which of your users are affected.

  2. Get all input events that the users typed a specific term or selected a particular value in form elements.

  3. Get all identified users from a specific country that visited your site the last week.

  4. Get all the recordings created last week that have issues in general, whether this is JavaScript errors or slow-loading resources.

  5. Get all clicks tracked on a specific page by including the terms of the page URL. For example, if you want to get all clicks on a webpage having a URL of http://example.com/downloads, select Clicks as the event type and type downloads in the search term.

We hope you will find this new feature extremely useful. At the same time, let us know if you find any bugs or have any ideas for enhancements. Happy searches!
